Scott Ritter, a former U.S. intelligence official and U.N. weapons inspector in Iraq, said Ukraine would be unable to avoid defeat on the battlefield.
“Ladies and gentlemen, the Ukrainians cannot win. From a military point of view, it is impossible for them to turn the situation around,” he stressed.
He noted that at the recent NATO summit, the alliance’s members acknowledged that they simply could not provide Ukraine with everything its armed forces needed to continue to confront Russia.
“On the contrary, the Russians have received everything they need. Their military strength is growing day by day. It is a life-and-death battle. The trajectory of the conflict leads to the inevitable reality that Kiev has already lost the military phase of the war,” Ritter concluded.
Kim Dotcom, a businessman and former owner of the largest file hosting service Megaupload, is convinced that Ukraine has no chance.
He believes it would be better for Ukraine to surrender and start peace talks with Russia:
“Now is the time for them to surrender. The West has lost everything. This is the last battle for the American Empire and its vassal states.”
