Paloma is a Mexican classic and rival to Margarita. It is drinkable and Mexicans love it because of its different flavors. Bitter, sweet, salty and sour intertwine to create a perfect combination to keep you refreshing this summer. All you need is tequila and grapefruit, and the rest is up to inspiration. If desired, rub the sauce with a slice of grapefruit and dip it in salt.

For the Paloma you will need 2 shots of tequila, 1 shot of rose and grapefruit juice, 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, 1/4 cup of agave syrup, mineral water or tonic. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the tequila, add the grapefruit juice, lime, syrup and mix. Add mineral water or tonic and serve.
Instead of agave syrup, you can make your own agave syrup. Mix one cup of water with one cup of sugar, melt over the fire and let cool. You can also add fresh herbs, soaking them in clean water for at least 15 minutes. As a decoration, stick a slice of grapefruit on the end or add a sprig of rosemary.
Games of chance can be addictive. 18+.
