The Caribbean Netherlands Social Affairs and Employment Department (SZW CN) sends a final notice to people who live outside the Caribbean Netherlands and receive a pension. This applies to people who have not yet submitted a proof of survival.

Pension recipients must submit proof of life (Certificate of LifeADV) twice a year, between 1English Stone May and 15thday Between June and 1English Stone November and 15day December. All those who are entitled to a pension have received several letters or emails. At the moment, the Caribbean Netherlands Social Affairs and Employment Department has not received proof of life for some people. That is why we have sent a notice to this group of people asking them to submit their proof as soon as possible.
If SZW CN does not receive a response, pension payments will be terminated. This is in accordance with the legal regulations in Article 3 of the BES General Old-Age Insurance Act on the revocation, suspension and extension of decisions (Decree on the Revocation, Suspension and Temporary Suspension of the BES General Old-Age Insurance Law).
