Kathmandu. In order to promote tourism, the European country’s beauty pageant Miss Malta team will visit Nepal soon. Miss Malta informed about this through her Facebook page.
Although the details of the members of the tour team have not been made public, it is said that the tour will be held in August. It is reported that the visiting team will also participate in the Miss Nepal 2024 finals.
The team will also meet with Nepal’s Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Hit Bahadur Tamang after a meet and greet with Miss Nepal organizers ‘Hidden Treasure’.
The delegation will arrive in Chitwan to observe Tharu culture, film a documentary about Tharu culture and taste local dishes. Seminars and social events are planned during the visit.
The visit was decided after the Miss Malta director and choreographer met with Nepal’s Ambassador for Culture and Tourism to Malta Prakash Bhandari. It is believed that this visit will be fruitful for Malta to exchange cultural experience and promote Nepal’s tourism industry.
