It is a new trial, full of anger and emotion, taking place at the Fort-de-France Assizes.
A man in his 60s was brought to the dock on suspicion of raping nine minors, including girls and boys, in the late 2000s.
The former customs officer is alleged to have committed inappropriate acts over the years with the children of his friends or relatives.
During the interview, the suspect stated that the victim consented.
This version must be confirmed or refuted by witnesses and victims appearing in court one after another.
A verdict is expected in the trial tomorrow, Thursday.
