This is the real standoff going on between the county and the defense of Sandra, a woman from St. Lucia who has lived in Martinique for about a decade.
She refused to comply with the expulsion order issued by the authorities and defended the fact that her grandson was being educated at the department.
According to people close to him, the child is about fifteen years old and has a good academic level.
The woman, who is in her sixties, allegedly left her home town about a decade ago, becoming a victim of violence by her husband.
The court is urgently analyzing the case.
