The Personal Data Protection Supervisory Commission, BES (the Commission), has noted recent media reports that the Bonaire Executive Board may have breached the privacy of a former civil servant.
CBP BES takes this matter very seriously and will investigate to determine the facts of the incident. We will release our findings once the investigation is complete.
