Today, the government has decided that children aged 0 to 3 years old can also attend childcare and sports clubs in these circumstances.
Changes in nursing home measures
We will take steps to ensure that nursing home staff are prepared to respond to potential outbreaks. This will include training them on how to spot symptoms and implement isolation, as well as additional personal protective equipment. In addition, we are conducting research to determine whether residents and staff may need to be tested preventively if infection rates increase nearby. If an outbreak occurs in a nursing home, all residents and staff will be tested weekly.
