ESPN Africa will once again be broadcasting Belgian Football League, English Football League, Dutch Football League, German Football League, Women’s National Football League and Scottish Professional Football LeagueIn addition, the Turkish Super League has been added to its programming schedule, bringing viewers across the continent a captivating experience, delivering the best of European football moments.

The Turkish Super League strives to become one of the top leagues in Europe and has always attracted the interest of gamblers. This year, Turkey’s 20 top clubs will compete from August 2024 to May 2025, so the stakes will be high at all levels.

Celtic are the defending champions of the Scottish Premier League and have won three consecutive games, showing their dominance in Scottish football. Their old rivals Rangers have also performed well, finishing second for three consecutive years. This continued rivalry highlights the fierce competition and high level of competition within the league, and there is no doubt that Hearts and Aberdeen, who have been third and fourth respectively in the past two years, will be aiming for the trophy next season.

The Eredivisie is set to have another thrilling season as record holders Ajax Amsterdam and former champions Feyenoord try to take the title from defending champions PSV Eindhoven. The 18-team league represents the highest level of Dutch football and is a favourite among football fans.

The upcoming season of the English Football League is expected to be more intense than ever, with relegated Premier League clubs Sheffield United, Burnley and Luton Town all vying for automatic promotion back to the Premier League from the English Football League.

The Belgian Jupiler Pro League will once again welcome several African stars who will continue to bring extraordinary talent to the league. These star players include Alieu Fadera (Sporting Genk, Gambia), Majeed Ashimeru (Anderlecht, Ghana), Tarik Tissoudali (Gent, Morocco), Gift Orban (Gent, Nigeria), Jean Thierry Lazare (Union SG, Cote d’Ivoire) and Denis Odoi (Brugge, Ghana).

Earlier this year, ESPN Africa acquired the rights to broadcast the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) in the United States, and fans can now watch two NWSL games per week, both live and replay, as well as weekly highlights shows on ESPN, in preparation for the exciting playoffs and NWSL Championship this November.
