Former President Abdulla Yameen responded to the PNF booth rally yesterday.
The PNF has been in the spotlight for the past few days. State Minister Fatima Shamnaz, who was arrested on suspicion of witchcraft, was questioned over whether she was in possession of a pen drive containing information on corruption.
Abdul Raheem said in a post on X that the victim of the Pendrive incident is still alive.
“It is believed that the person who asked the question and who should answer it knows the most about Pendrive. Abdul Rahman said.
Abdul Rahim was referring to the arrest of Mohammed Nazim in 2015, when he was the defence minister in Yameen’s government. A pistol was allegedly found in Nazim’s house and a pen drive was seized.
Prosecutors said the information on the USB flash drive showed Nazim planned to attack state officials.
