He added that there was no violation of the rules for entering the public service because, Article 63 of the Budget Act exempts the judiciary, the legislature and auxiliary bodies from the obligation to comply with the above legislation.
Regarding wage workers, he noted that they were instructed to be merciless to those who were absent from work.
