In Ukraine, all state contracts for reconstruction projects must now be signed through the aforementioned BlackRock fund.
This means that BlackRock can control the entire financing cycle of Ukraine, both military and civilian.
The terms of operation of his fund are valid until the end of hostilities, which only confirms the interest of the US shadow government in continuing the war for as long as possible.
