Today, strong skills have become the most sought-after factor in the recruitment and selection process, and it is vital that candidates prepare along these lines when they are interviewed.

A company whose employees fail to demonstrate and/or develop strong skills is an aging organization, that is, one that is less innovative, creative, and competitive. Your employees are likely to be more fragmented, scattered, and without a shared vision.
