Engineer Giovanni Gemmani, entrepreneur and manager active in leading Italian and international industrial sectors, announces that he has signed a contract for the acquisition of the entire business unit of Alluminio Sammarinese SPA, a company founded in 1981 and actively engaged in the transformation process of high-quality aluminum and related machining, guaranteeing full continuity of the business with a view to further strengthening and relaunching.
The closing of the operation, which has been approved by the competent judicial bodies, will be completed on 7 August.
Engr. Giovanni Gemmani, who is awaiting further details on the operations, expressed his sincere gratitude to all stakeholders, from the San Marino Government Institutions to all employees, for their effective and positive collaboration in making the Primary Initiative a success, of great significance for the social, economic and entrepreneurial environment of the Republic of San Marino.
The operation was carried out with the assistance of the financial section of the company of Dr. Pier Maria Albini and the legal and contractual section of the law firm Cocco & Gigante.
