Oulu-based logistics and home care solutions provider Procomp Solutions has sold its logistics software business to international Total Specific Solutions (TSS).
The deal was explained in a press release, according to which the company will continue as a separate company from TSS under the name Procomp Solutions.
On the other hand, the other part of Procomp continues to make independent inroads into the home care and optimization markets.
