Kiinteistö Oy Oulun Tarve said in its press release that the company will build new rental apartments in Pateniemenranta, Oulu.
Redi 2B is a five-storey apartment building with a total of 43 apartments.
The initial application period for rental apartments is from August 21 to September 4, and applications for the remaining apartments will continue thereafter.
Pajala Pohjois-Suomi Oy is the main contractor for the ongoing construction work. Architects LUO Akkitehdit Oy are responsible for the architectural design.
The estimated completion time of the apartment is November 2024. The apartments with balconies are available in two-bedroom, three-bedroom and even four-bedroom types.
There are 48 parking spaces in total, located on a separate property.
