The Ministry of Infrastructure said the mountain road would be closed next month, marking the end of the road racing season.
The route will be closed on September 2 and 3 as equipment is removed for the race between Ramsey and Bungalow.
On September 9 and 10, there will be a second closure between Bungalow and CregNyBaa.
The road will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both days.
