A Glen Vine man will face a Summary Court trial after denying an attack at the Douglas Outback during the TT.
James Robert Hinchcliffe, 38, of King Orry Road, was charged with assault on licensed premises, criminal damage and disorderly behaviour on June 2.
He has denied all the allegations against him.
He was released on bail and will appear again for a pretrial hearing on October 10.
