Masked armed robbers robbed Chinese citizens in Supply, EBD
Kaieteur News – Two Chinese nationals were robbed by four armed and masked men who forced their way into their home on Supply Public Road, East Bank Demerara (EBD) on Thursday.
The victims, identified as Fu Gofu, 49, and Manyi An, 38, both salespeople, were robbed of their mobile phones, laptops and other valuables.
Kaieteur News learned that the victims lived in a two-storey house and were sleeping at around 21:00 that night when they were woken up by four masked men who robbed them of their valuables.
The armed men ransacked the house and took away mobile phones, laptops and other valuables.
After inspection, it was found that the thieves entered the house by prying open the glass window on the first floor of the two-story house.
The investigation is still ongoing.
