A man has been charged with malicious wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and has been sent to the Prison General Court.
Connor John Lewis, 23, whose address was given as the prison, appeared via video link before Deputy Senior Bailiff Rachael Braidwood.
The crime is alleged to have occurred on September 11 last year.
He will appear in court at a date to be determined and has not applied for bail.
