July 23, Janakpur Dham. A keshi march was held in Janakpur against the formation of a 20-member cabinet by the Madhesh government.
The Samajwadi Yuva Sangh of the Nepali Janata Party (JSP) and the Nepali Students’ Union held a presidential rally.
Starting from Ramanand Chowk in Janakpur, the chair march has been taking place at different parts of the city and turned into a street corner rally after reaching Janak Chowk. They also demanded the resignation of the chief minister.
Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh on Tuesday added five state ministers to form the largest cabinet of 20 members, which was widely criticised.
