Jamie Foxx mysteriously hospitalized: Actor reveals details of medical emergency last year

Fox added that he “doesn’t remember anything” about his condition.

He also said he was hospitalized in Atlanta and his sister and daughter took him to the “first doctor” they could find.

Fox continued: “The next doctor said, ‘Something’s wrong there.’

But he said of the condition of his head: “I’m not going to say that on camera.”

Three weeks after his daughter first announced he was having a medical emergency, Fox posted a message on his Instagram Story saying, “Thank you all for the love!!! Feeling blessed (praying hands, heart and fox emoji)”

When rumours began to circulate online that he might have met with misfortune, Coleen updated fans that her father had been out of hospital “for a few weeks and is recuperating”.

She added: “In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday!”

It wasn’t until July last year that Jamie revealed more details about his condition. Called it a “hellish” experience.

But he did not reveal any diagnosis.

He added: “I’ve been through things I thought I would never experience.”

But he stressed that he had never been “blind” or “paralyzed.”

In a tearful selfie video update, Fox added: “I know a lot of people are waiting or wanting to hear the latest news but honestly, I don’t want you to see me like that.

“I don’t want you to see me with tubes all over my body and worrying about whether I’m going to make it.”

Fox returns to set of Back in Action He was seen with co-star Cameron Diaz, 51, in Atlanta in January while filming the movie when he fell ill.
