Jaecoo is pleased to announce its partnership with EFC as the official automotive partner of Africa’s top mixed martial arts organisation. The Chinese brand enters the South African new car market with its first model, the stylish J7, a unique urban off-road SUV that blends the ruggedness of an off-road vehicle with the comfort and technology of an urban SUV.

“This exciting new collaboration with EFC embodies our ‘Fearless’ motto and aligns perfectly with our evolving brand’s relentless pursuit of adventure,” said Shannon Gahagan, National Brand and Marketing Manager, Omoda & Jaecoo.
Founded in South Africa in 2009, EFC provides a world-class platform for athletes to reach their full potential and showcase their skills on the global stage.
“We are honored to be officially partnering with JAECOO, an exciting new automotive brand that is set to take the world by storm,” said Cairo Howarth, President of EFC.
“Like EFC, JAECOO is committed to challenging the status quo and challenging traditional Big Player Providing the best products and quality to stand out in the industry.”
From South Africa to the world
EFC events are held in South Africa, but the matches are broadcast to more than 120 countries around the world.
As the organization’s new official vehicle partner, Jaecoo provides J7 vehicles to various EFC Championship competitors.
The EFC’s dedication to safety and adherence to a large number of internationally harmonized rules reflects the EFC’s commitment to making the sport safer, a view that fully aligns with Jaecoo’s stance on vehicle safety.
This is the salute we give at ringside, from one fearless organization to another.
“The JAECOO J7 is built to global five-star safety standards and is equipped with standard safety features and driver assistance technologies,” Gahagan explained.
“So, just like EFC and its athletes, we believe in working hard and playing hard, but keeping safety in mind.”
