Pursuant to the following orders and regulations, The latest planning applications received and approved for publication are now available online Includes a link to view the site’s extent via an online map.

If a planning application has not yet been finalised, you can also use this service to submit objections or comments in support of the application.

Comments or objections to this listing must be made by August 23, 2024.

A laminated site notice has been sent to each applicant for display on site.

Planning Application 24/00878/B (Bride) Applications previously mentioned in the list are applications from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA), or where the department is deemed to have a vested interest. Therefore, DEFA will not decide on the application but will refer it to the Council of Ministers after 21 days. People can view the application or make written representations or comments at DEFA in Murray House. Planning Board Public Meetings

The next public meeting of the Planning Committee will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams at 10am on 5 August 2024 in the Ground Floor Meeting Room of Murray House, Havelock Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man.

Copies of the meeting agenda are available from the department at least three business days before the meeting or on the department’s website.

Copies were also distributed to local authorities.

The public and applicants are welcome to attend the meeting.
