Cummal Mooar Nursing Home in Ramsey will be hosting a Christmas Coffee Morning on Saturday 25 November 2023 and everyone is welcome to attend!
The event will be held from 10am to 12pm, with admission costing £2 for adults and 50p for children, including drinks and snacks. There will also be a cake sale and raffle, with all proceeds going to the Cummal Mooar Consolation Fund (charity number 477). The fund will provide a Christmas meal, gifts, decorations, crafts and festive stockings for each resident.
Claire Cummins, Resource Manager at Cummal Mooar, commented:
“This is a great opportunity for the whole community to get involved and help us make Christmas special for the residents of Cummal Mooar. “The pandemic has really impacted the Comfort Fund and we hope that small events like this will help us raise the funds we need to continue our activities and continue to put a smile on people’s faces.
The comfort fund is used throughout the year to ensure residents have Christmas presents, parties, outings, gifts, crafts and prizes for events.’
