A man won €270,000 in the lottery and decided not to share the money with anyone else familyhe posted his story on Reddit.

He said his parents had financial problems but added that he thought he needed the money more.

He also said the win was a lifeline after his divorce because his ex got to keep their car and the large amount of savings they had put together.

– My family is upset because they will not share the money, although I promised it many years ago – he declared.

– However, I still have a feeling of guilt, which torments me – he added.

– My family is not wealthy, my mom has diabetes, my dad is retired, and they all have their own financial difficulties. Of course, I want to help them. But, given the difficulties I’ve been facing lately and the fact that I’m practically starting from scratch, I also feel that I have to prioritize myself – he wrote.

Since he also has a new partner, he said he is planning a small wedding, for which he also needs some money.

He then asked if it was wrong for him not to give money to his family, and many people responded.

Many said his decision not to share the prize money was the right one.
