If anyone brings Fiorenzo Stolfi to a public evening, they will have to ask themselves several questions. ” So it is an attack on the former ally. “Dear PDC: I think that the move to remove Massimo Ugolini from office is very wrong given what he has done in the judiciary”.
“There is nothing programmatic about this government, except good intentions. It is an agreement, a political fact, determined by the necessary numbers to pass the legislature”: this is the view of Michela Pelliccioni (Domani – Motus Liberi). “There were some warnings. We have heard some stones thrown” he added, referring to the skirmishes that dominated much of yesterday’s meeting.
Vladimir Selva (Libera/PS) observed that within the government “the reformist left will be able to express itself in an equal dialogue with the PD and the CP”. Thanks to “Eva Guidi and Marica Montemaggi”. Like the previous ministers, “Chiavatta and Tonini have proven to be honest people, even if from a political point of view they may have made huge mistakes”. Sara Conti (RF) condemns “the media offensive launched against us: besides the political debate, which can be severe and must be accepted, we do not accept lies deliberately directed against some, and personal offenses that also lead to bullying”. Lorenzo Bugli (PDCS) “concerned” highlights the problem of abstentionism. We need to act by “developing reasoning on how to involve the new generations”.
Gerardo Giovagnoli (PSD) said: “I am sure that citizens have understood that it is no longer time to blame the political class, but it is time to look at those who are able to provide for the country in a complex historical moment”. For Luca Boschi (Libera/PS), the real challenge is “to be able to find a synthesis between the desire for stability and the strong drive for the changes we propose, on which our four and a half years of work in the past legislatures have been based”. For Manuel Ciavatta (PDCS), voters do not expect “centre-right or centre-left proposals”, but “the shared responsibility of the vast majority, not without differences of opinion, but which gives them the ability to find a workable synthesis”.
The debate continued with the intervention of Emanuele Santi (Rete): “The choice was to create an unnatural government with the Regional Government: it was a sure path to our collapse. But I want to reiterate that this choice had to be made at that historical moment, so we take it back”. Fabio Riggi (Domani – Motus Liberi) was harsh in his comments on the “electoral atmosphere”: “We find in this country often people afraid to run as candidates, afraid to vote, afraid to attend public evenings because people fear reprisals”. He added that “it is difficult to imagine a planned majority” and explained that “it is possible to have a regional government with more consistent programs”. Instead, “the country expected a government led by a left-wing party”.
“It would be interesting to know the role played by some representatives of foreign sites. Did these foreign sites really reach the party headquarters and attend the meetings that led to the formation of the majority?” This is the question posed by Nicola Renzi (RF).
Francesco Mussoni (PDCS) commented: “The people of San Marino rewarded this ability to produce results and give answers in the national interest”. Hence the note to Domani – Motus Liberi (PDCS): “When you are invited to work in a coalition, you do not want to participate in the continuity of the legislative bodies with your allies. This is a presumptuous attitude.” The reply of Gaetano Troina (Domani – Motus Liberi) is ready: “After constant discussions with our members and the coordination of our Central, we decided to run alone. It is a choice that comes from the grassroots of the party.”
