Company submits revised plans for Peel Ball

Latest plans for the Peel Promenade residential development have been submitted.

Douglas’ Hesketh Investments wants to demolish the Empire Garage on Marine Parade and build seven new homes in its place.

The company originally applied for planning permission in May.

However, it has now submitted proposals to the planning committee with minor changes to the design.
