On Sunday, the CGDIS rescue team was called to two accidents in which three persons were injured.

The first accident occurred at around 12.24am on the RN12 between Rippweiler and Richel when a tractor and a car failed to overtake each other. One person was injured and was treated by the Räiden ambulance and the Useldeng fire brigade.

At around 12:38 pm, two vehicles collided on the A3 highway in the direction of Metz at the altitude of Lyons. Two people were injured. Rescue workers from Dudren, Bitburg and the city are on duty.
