What kind of money user are you?

“I would describe myself as a strategic spender. In my opinion, money has two main purposes, and they are very different from each other. First, the purpose of money is to make more money, such as through investing.”

“On the other hand, money should also be enjoyed. We never know how life will turn out, so in that sense, I spend my money on things like experiences, restaurants and happiness, not sadness. I enjoy making money and I enjoy spending it.”

What does money mean to you?

“Freedom. I think of money as a project that I do and then the money comes. As long as a portion of the income is used to make money in the form of investments, there is no need to keep every penny.”

What was your best financial decision?

“In fact, I’ve bought a condo and other investment condos. I pay off five mortgages every month, and on top of that, I invest in index funds.”

What is the best financial advice you have ever received?

“Pay yourself first. The first thing I did was make sure my mortgage was paid off and put some of the money into investments. The investment mortgage is amortized with rental income. Once that part is done, the money can go into entertainment budgets and things like that.”

What is your biggest money mistake?

“I would have bought my first home at 27! If I had known how to buy a home earlier, I wouldn’t have had to pay rent for so long.”

What would you do with a thousand euros?

“The last time I spent a thousand euros was on a new mobile phone. It was an important investment for me because I use it a lot for work.”

“For those who are planning to buy their first home or are saving, I recommend opening an ASP account.”
