On July 11, 2024, in the conference room of the Professional Training Center, located in Via H. Bustamonte, 3 Serravalle, a ceremony was held to award the certificates of attendance to the students of the “Administrative Secretarial Operator Training Course”, organized by the Professional Training Center in partnership with ANIS.

Mini Masters, Teachers and Participants

Ten days, a total of 41 hours. It is a mini-masterclass of administrative secretarial operators, attended by Elena Salvi, Martina Bollini, Valentina Menicucci, Riccardo Ercolani, Alessia Gamberini, Valentina Belloni, Diana Musat, Elisa Felici, Filippo Santi, Laura Fabbri, Marina Proskurnina, Paola Gasperoni, Valeria Giorgetti, Sandra Marina Benedi, Lorenzo Bugli, Daniela Rossini, Deborah Valentini and Desirée Lopez.

Mini Masters opens on May 7 with Dr. Simone Mosca spoke about how to “empower your resources and support your colleagues” (definition and objectives of the role of a management assistant; management of expectations between assistants and managers; planning and organization of work between assistants and managers; empowerment and autonomy: the role of assistants in allocating responsibilities; the Eisenhower Matrix: prioritization of activities; time planning techniques: the Pomodoro technique and block planning; establishing clear goals and aligning daily activities with them. On the following date, Eng. Leonardo Cospito then discussed “the equipment of an administrative secretarial operator” (communication skills; internal communication in a company; planning and conducting meetings; problem solving); doctor Caio Guardigli discussed “file management and document printing” (what is a file: fonts, vectors, raster; PDF and its derivative pdf/x; resolution of print quality; programs for each format?; what are the colors of a computer? drivers and printers); doctor Alex Alessandrini explained “marketing: an important contribution of the secretariat”; Elia Bazzocchi on the contrary “artificial intelligence at the service of daily activities in companies”; doctor Giacomo Andreani “processing of administrative accounting documents” (parts I and II); Roberta Guidi (Labor), Michelle Bianchi (Tribweb), Michela Ronci, Tomas Guidi and Marta Tognacci (Contriss) on “Communication between Business and Public Administration”; Salvatore Scilipoti, industry expert on “Safety First: Health and Well-being in the Workplace”; and finally, Lorenzo Bianchi, lawyer on “Processing of Personal Data within Companies – The Essential Basics”.

Delivery of Certificates

The event attracted the participation of many institutional players who contributed to the planning, management and certification of the course; the ceremony was attended by the management of the Professional Training Center, the Secretary General of the National Industrial Association of San Marino and representatives of the Unified Trade Union Center. The presence of these institutional figures emphasized the importance of the synergy between the training and business communities, which is essential to provide concrete opportunities for professional and employable development for young people in our region. The course, which lasts two months, provides students with specific skills in the administrative and secretarial fields, allowing them to face the challenges of the job market with greater confidence and professionalism. The certificate of attendance represents the official recognition of the completed training course and the skills acquired. During the ceremony, some students expressed their gratitude for the opportunity given and stressed the importance of continuous training for their professional careers. The representatives of the various parties involved reiterated their commitment to support similar initiatives in the future, recognizing the value of qualified training targeted at the needs of the labor market. The ceremony ended with warm applause and wishes for success to the participants, hoping that they will be able to apply and benefit from the skills they have learned in their respective professional fields.
