Prepare:
Place frozen strawberries into a blender.

Keep strawberries frozen as this is the key to freshness.
Add lemon juice and agave syrup or honey (the amount depends on your taste).
Mix all the ingredients and our sorbet is ready.
It can be eaten right away or placed in the fridge for a few hours to allow it to firm up a bit more.
