There was a festive mood at Kamala Harris’ gathering in Philadelphia after she had vice presidential candidate Tim Walsh by her side for the first time and wrote a eulogy for him.
“A patriot who believes, like me, in the extraordinary promise of America. A promise, a promise of freedom, opportunity, and justice, not just for some, but for all. Well, Pennsylvania, I am here today because I have found such a leader. The great Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota.”
The former Minnesota governor immediately understood the significance of the pre-election rally.
He mentioned rivals Donald Trump and Jay De. Vance disparagingly and said he looked forward to meeting with his Republican opponents on a conference call.
“I have to tell you, just pointing out an observation of mine, I just had to say it. You know what. You feel it. These guys are creepy, yeah, they don’t get any weirder. That’s what you see.”
Tim Walsh ‘beat up’ Donald Trump in first appearance
“He (Trump) has thrown our economy into a mess. There is no doubt that violent crime has increased under Donald Trump. That doesn’t even include the crimes he has committed.”
Walsh: Trump harshly attacks Harris
Trump hit back, saying the Walsh plan was the shortest path to communism for the United States.
“(Walsh) is the ticket to bringing this country to communism immediately, if not sooner.”
Meanwhile, Trump’s favorite channel, Fox News, is launching a campaign to make fun of Kamala and Walsh.
Joe Biden’s withdrawal has undoubtedly brought more interest to the pre-election campaign.
