Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic announced himself online tonight with several questions for the Montenegrin government.

Increase excise taxes on Montenegrin wine, our brand and one of the rare final products we export? And finally, why did the government wait until September to react to the crazy prices? It is necessary to react immediately, he concluded in the announcement.
