The 2025 Speech Academy will hold its fifth annual GlobeSt. Most Influential Women Conference and Awards Ceremony The program will be held Monday, July 22, through Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Everline Spa & Resort in Lake Tahoe.

Ragan’s participation in the GlobeSt. Most Powerful Women event highlights her commitment to fostering inclusive leadership, diversity, and empowering underrepresented voices in the industry. Ragan and her company, Wildcat Management, have received the prestigious Most Powerful Women award three times (2019, 2023).
