young people barber Paolo Lonna-Lucigi Paolo (24) opened his salon Pablo’s in Imotski four years ago when he decided to return home from Germany. The first two years were not easy for him, but now he also cuts the hair of our football players and is happy to do a job he loves. On the salon’s Instagram profile, he also posted a video shot by a drone from the cliffs above the Blue Lake, where he was cutting a friend’s hair.

– For six months I planned to shoot a video, which would be great for promoting my salon, as well as my beloved city. Imotski is not forgotten, there is everything there, and I want to show it to everyone and make people happy. I was waiting for perfect weather, partly sunny, and the first idea was to shoot by the lake. Finally, I realized that I wanted a beautiful view, and we climbed up the cliff alone, where we shot the video – Paul told us that he went to this creative event with his good friend, a top model.
As he says, cutting hair on the cliff was a great experience that awakened his emotions, and he plans to record more such videos in Dalmatia.
– We hairdressers are not confined to four walls, I wanted to take my hair salon to a higher level and show hairdressing as an art. We filmed with a drone and a camera, and I am very satisfied with the result – the hairdresser proudly tells us.

When he comes down to the hair salon, famous football players often come to give him a haircut. On his Instagram profile, he posts photos of himself with Andrej Kramari, Kristijan Jaki and Lovro Zvonarek.
– Somehow the football players found me and they would restore their haircuts when it was convenient for them, mainly in the summer. We still have a lot of work to do and I am very satisfied with it. I always knew that marketing is very important, so I also try to develop my business in this direction – also as a young professional.
Paul recently opened a salon in Makarska, so he can work from both locations if needed.
– If someone looks for me in Makarska, I will go there, but Imotski is my base – he said.

After graduating from high school, Paul traveled to Germany for training, where he learned the craft.
– Then the salary was not so important to me, but I soon became dissatisfied with the conditions and decided to return to Imotski. Now I am very happy about this – concludes Paul.
