Eligible participants are consumers 18 years of age and older as defined by the KSchG who are neither employees of the Partner nor employees of KURIER or its affiliates. The winner will be determined by lottery from all entries received on time, excluding legal recourse, and the winner will be notified personally; no correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest beyond this.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash in kind or for services; its use or claiming is always at the risk of the winner. The organizers of the competition are not responsible for defects in data transmission during the entry process or for certain properties or functions of the prizes provided by third parties; warranty or compensation claims due to alleged performance defects should be made directly to the designated partner (manufacturer/provider). The winner is responsible for paying any taxes or other legal fees related to the prize.
The transmission of incorrect data as well as any manipulation during the competition, such as hiding multiple entries from the same person, may lead to the person concerned being excluded from further participation. We reserve the right to cancel a competition at any time, in particular due to technical or legal issues.
