Zulfiqar Ahmed, a well-known businessman, was kidnapped in the Maripur Road area of Karachi. Zulfiqar was heading to Clifton with his friend Qaiser when eight men drove up and took him in the car.
The court has asked all parties to respond by July 30 after the family of Zulfiqar Ahmed, a well-known businessman, moved the court in connection with his alleged disappearance from Maripur Road.
According to the petitioner, Zulfiqar Ahmad was about to leave after meeting his friend Qaiser when eight persons stopped him in a double cabin car in Agra Taj Maripur and took away Zulfiqar Ahmed and Qaiser. The kidnappers walked some distance and left Qaiser. The details were informed to Zulfiqar’s family members.
According to the petitioner, Zulfiqar Ahmed is still missing and the application has been filed on behalf of Zulfiqar Ahmed’s wife.
