Prosecutors dropped charges against the second woman in the Douglas incident.
Catherine Louise Lee, 38, of Willaston Crescent, was charged with provocative behaviour along with two other women.
Prosecutors reviewed the case regarding an alleged incident on May 18 on Baranad Road in Douglas and concluded there was insufficient evidence.
They withdrew the charges.
