The President of the “Luarasi” University, Prof. Dr. Essem Ruka, announced that the educational institution has entered into a joint degree cooperation agreement with the “London School of Economics”.
E’them Ruka announced in an interview with the “EduVision” podcast of News24 radio that within the framework of international cooperation, the Ministry of Education has approved a joint degree between Lulasi University and the prestigious institution “London School of Economics”.
Rector Ruca announced that the university’s degrees are highly sought after in the labor market around the world, and he even added that it is the pride of Albania.

A final word to all the young people and students who are seeing us at this moment, as we are on the brink of registration and the choice of teachers is one of the biggest dilemmas that accompanies us?
He tried Ruka: Yes, we are indeed coming to the end of the school year, A successful year for Luaras. But I think of two trophies that make me very happy as the president of this university: The first one is that we have successfully passed the institutional accreditation of the university. Luaras has been one of the best 3-4 universities in Albania for six consecutive years. I hope they don’t lose this trophy, it’s up to the accreditation committee, but from our side the whole process was very tiring, almost a year, and it’s over and it ended very well for those who control us and. I hope it will go well.
The second is that within the framework of international cooperation, just yesterday we received a decision from the Ministry of Education approving joint degrees with one of the world’s leading universities on the island of the United Kingdom. The London School of Economics or “LSE” has accepted 3 very exciting study programs in cooperation with us.
Let’s not forget that those who get a diploma from this university are sought after all over the world. It’s not Lualas’s luck, but Albania’s luck that creates opportunities for you and those who don’t have a lot of money. Those who have it don’t have much problem, they can take them to London, because spending 200-300 thousand pounds to get them 3 years of education is problematic. Although there is a figure or a symbolic amount here, which is almost ten times cheaper, even people of the middle class or with limited financial means will have the opportunity to get this type of diploma, which is an extraordinary diploma.
I firmly believe that, as far as I know, there is no better university in Albania than this one in cooperation with Luala West University.
We will have more discussions in due course. Third, we are now in the promotion phase of universities, and there is no doubt that all universities are looking for students, who will take you, and this competition is it. We are friends and competitors at the same time.
Luaras is a university that is growing year by year. This year too there are good signs, so far more than 200 students have lined up to enroll at Luaras. We have received offers, and even in July we are still receiving offers.
