I condemned the lack of rule of law. I submitted a file to the Deputy Prime Minister on how public property (33 Front Garden) was stolen and I communicated with Bala who witnessed with his own eyes how the public property was illegally used for gardens and gardens.
After I made my denunciation, other citizens told me that almost the entire public space in Tirana was occupied, that they left the country without flower beds, and that cancer patients ended up in hospitals.
The dysfunction of institutions leads people to choose self-judgment, which is why we have so many murders.
We are not saying to take up arms, but things here will be decided by self-judgment. Then don’t steal. I want to tell the Prime Minister that no institution is functioning so far. Use your authority to intervene in the institutions so that they respond in a timely manner. Intervention is to enforce the law, we ask for nothing else”Dojani said.
