Uppsala Phase II will develop and operate three mid-range hotels.
Today, the city’s parent company is the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) announcementThe hotel will be developed on City Island in Uppsala’s second integrated tourist area.
HDC is offering interested parties an opportunity to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction of three mid-range hotels in the area.
According to the HDC announcement, the project will be implemented under the land lease model. However, an Expression of Interest (EOI) can also be submitted for other models.

If multiple bidders express interest and submit proposals, the project will be awarded to the most complete proposal.
The deadline for submitting EOI for hotel development is 14:00 on the 29th of this month
