The Bureau of Meteorology in Ronaldsway has issued a yellow weather warning, warning people of possible coastal and harbour flooding.
The warning is in effect from 11:15 a.m. today until 4 p.m. tomorrow.
The northern and central parts of Douglas Promenade, the Corniche at Rushen and the promenades at Castletown, Laxey and Ramsey may be washed out by the surf.
Meanwhile, Lake Road and North Pier in Douglas, West Pier and Mazeron Street corner in Ramsey and Castletown are most likely to be flooded at high tide shortly after 1:40am.
The yellow weather warning for strong winds across the island remains in effect.
