Transformation of agriculture, food production and consumption – L’agriculture

In this new version Insee References The data collected by the French National Institute of Statistics (INSEE) and the Department of Statistics and Forecasting Analysis of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty outline the main changes in French agriculture over the past 50 years: the concentration and specialization of farms since 1970, the economic performance of organic farming compared with conventional farming, the changes in food consumption over the past decade, and the environmental problems that agriculture causes and must address.
