Customers of Malawi’s pioneering mobile network and ICT services provider TNM Plc have expressed gratitude for the company’s ongoing Tikolore promotion which offers lucrative prizes.
The Tikolore promotion is designed to reward customers and celebrate TNM’s commitment to connecting communities with world-class digital solutions to empower every Malawian and connect Malawi to the world.
In the second monthly draw, TNM’s Head of Brand and Marketing, Madalitso Jonazi, said Tikolore had generated a lot of interest as evidenced by the large number of customers who participated in the voting.
“The rollout has gone well and as TNM, we are happy to see the positive response from our customers. Through Tikolore, we have reaffirmed our commitment to making a positive impact on the community,” said Jonazi.
He said the promotion over the past few months had been very successful with winners coming from all over the country. So far, 854 customers have won various prizes under the promotion.
“We are delighted that the Tikolore promotion has entered its third monthly draw. This campaign reflects our commitment to providing excellent telecommunications services while also creating memorable experiences for our customers,” he said
As the promotion enters its third month, several customers have appreciated the initiative and highlighted the positive impact it has had on their lives.
Manase florist Patrick Sekeya, who received the Pump Award, said the award was a recognition of his flower-growing business.
“Winning the Tikolore award was a great surprise, but what touched me most was that this award resonated with my business. It’s clear that TNM values its customers, and that’s what matters most,” said Sekeya.

Another customer, Chimwemwe Mtalika from Zomba, who emerged as a winner of a solar device, commended TNM for the Tikolore promotion.
To participate in the Tikolore promotion, customers need to spend K1000 per week on TNM products or Mpamba services.
