In Panevěžské, another phase of renovation is planned within a few years.
This time, they were set to clean up the streets in the city center.
After reconstruction, Laisvė Square, parts of Senvagė, Respublika, Elektra and Krantos streets have become new attractions for Panevėžys residents and city guests.
Yet other streets and public spaces in the city’s historic districts are often an eyesore with scattered sidewalk tiles, old lamps or cars stuck in puddles and mud.
