The Central Bank is looking for an expert resource in the field of risk management with skills in asset and liability management to fill the role of manager of the organizational unit of planning, management control and risk management, while anticipating the next Association Agreement between San Marino and the European Union. In particular, this resource will be a professional in charge of identifying and assessing corporate risks, providing support to the Bank’s management in managing risk.

Necessary requirements

A Master’s degree in economics and finance or equivalent;
At least 3 years of professional experience as a risk manager;
Proficient in English.

Discount Request

Residency, San Marino citizenship and/or ordinary residence permit of the Republic;
Graduate program in Risk Management;
Professional experience gained in a financial institution or a leading consulting firm in the field of banking and finance.

The term of employment is indefinite, subject to a probationary period, in the manner and form established by law and in the employment contract of the staff of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino.
Classification and related financial packages will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
