Among them are four very holy ladies who are noble examples of faith, good character and kindness for Muslim sisters.
Allah honors them in this world and the Hereafter and gives them a high status.
Here is a brief introduction to these four ladies.
* Mary’s Daughter
She is the mother of Jesus, the savior. She is known for her purity and chastity. According to the Quran, she is the most sacred woman created by Allah. He reveals:
(When the angels said, “O Mary! Indeed, God has chosen you and purified you and has chosen you above the women of the world.”):42
Meaning, “When the angels said: ‘Remember! O Mary, the Most High! Verily, Allah has chosen you, purified you, and raised you above the women of the world.”
Allah revealed the words of the hymns in the Qur’an to Mary.
(Maryam, the daughter of Imran, guarded her chastity, so We breathed Our Spirit into her, and she believed in the Word of her Lord and His Book, and she was one of the obedient ones.)
Meaning, “There is also the example of Mary, the daughter of Imran. She was the one who protected her virginity. So I breathed My Spirit into her. She confirmed the words of her Lord and His (revealed) Book. She was an obedient slave.”
* Khadijah’s Wife
She was the first wife of the Prophet (PBUH). She accepted the Prophet’s message without a doubt. She herself gave him victory and spent her wealth on him. Gabriel brought her good news from Allah and a palace was built for her in Paradise.
In the hadith narrated by Abu Hurayrah.
(He said: Gabriel came to the Prophet – may Allah bless him and grant him peace – and said, O Messenger of Allah, this is Khadija. She has brought a vessel with meat, food or drink. Behold, she has come. So recite to her greetings from her Lord and from me, and give her the good news: In Paradise there is a house made of reeds, in which there will be neither noise nor weariness.)
Narrated by Bukhari.
Meaning, “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! Khadijah has come with a box of food (from Mecca). So when she comes to you, say blessings and peace from her Lord who has raised her and from me. And, tell her that there is a palace in Paradise, built of naheta! There will be no noise or fatigue in the palace.”
In this hadith, the literal meaning of ʿAl-Muṣṭām in this hadith is “a vessel containing bread, food or water”. Scholars say that Gabriel said this because the boat was full of them all.
* Son of Asia
She was Pharaoh’s wife. When Pharaoh claimed to be God, she rejected this claim. Pharaoh then punished her and tortured her. However, she remained steadfast in her belief in Allah. Allah has revealed:
(God set an example for those who believe in Pharaoh’s wife, who said, “My Lord, build me a house in Paradise and save me from Pharaoh and his works, and from the oppression of the people.” (Armin)
In Tallinn:
Meaning: “Allah has set an example for those who believe the story of Pharaoh’s wife. (It is) when she said. My Lord and Savior! Build me a house in Your presence in Paradise. Save me from Pharaoh and his (evil) deeds. Save me from the people of the country that oppresses me!”
* Fatima’s Daughter
She is the daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). She is a patient, pious and righteous woman in this world. Allah has made her a mistress among the women in Paradise. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
(Fatima is the mistress of the women of heaven)
Narrated by Bukhari. Meaning: “Fatima is the mistress of the heavenly women.”
Fatima was given the title of Az-Zahra. This title was given to her because of her fair complexion and beauty.
