The Istanbul Stock Exchange BIST 100 Index closed this week at 9,833.22 points, up 1.71% from the previous week’s close.
The index hit a low of 9,523.25 this week and a high of 9,888.40.
During the same period, the Istanbul Stock Exchange’s financial index rose 1.39% to 10,970.93 points, the services index rose 1.55% to 9,646.97 points, the industrial index rose 1.02% to 13,308.57 points, and the technology index rose 2.57% to 13,181.67 points.
Biggest winners and losers
Among the components of the Istanbul Stock Exchange’s BIST 100 Index, Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento had the highest gain this week, with a gain of 13.66%.
Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento was followed by Pegasus Air Transport Company with 7.32 percent and Çimsa Çimento with 7.04 percent.
Among related stocks, the biggest decliners were Kayseri Sugar Factory (11.91%), Koza Altın Isletmeleri (11.04%) and Teknosa Áç ve Dış Ticaret (7.44%).
The companies with the highest market capitalization traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange are Koç Holding (472 billion 437 million liras), Garanti BBVA (471 billion 660 million liras) and Turkish Airlines (414 billion 690 million liras).
