Libreville, Tuesday, July 30, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – SICPA, the world’s leading supplier of inks and security solutions for most of the world’s banknotes, as well as passports, transport tickets, plastic cards or paper scratch cards, wants to support Gabon in the fight against fraud and the informal sector.
Gabon’s Minister of Commerce, SMEs and Small and Medium Enterprises, responsible for revenue-generating activities, has been in Lausanne, Switzerland, since last weekend. As part of a working visit, Perfecte Amouyeme Ollame Epse Divassa went to inspect the performance of SICPA companies.
In fact, on June 18, Mr. Jean Philippe Gaudin invited him to learn about SICPA’s areas of expertise during a meeting in Libreville in order to better measure its expertise.
Led by its Strategic Business Manager, the government member visited the company and learned about all the services provided by SICPA.
SICPA, recognized as a leader in cutting-edge technologies in the field of material and digital security, wants to support Gabon in the fight against fraud and tracking products on the market to ensure their origin. The company also intends to work to combat the informal sector, protect local markets and guarantee consumer safety.
